I lead the delivery of a global marketing template system across 5 chapters, each spanning 17+ subcategories, multiple channels, and 10 languages. Built to improve clarity, consistency, and speed at scale, the system reduced local market asset creation time by 30 to 40% while ensuring assets remained flexible and on-brand. Building on this foundation, I explore ways in extending scalable design systems into areas previously treated as bespoke, such as holidays, seasons, and thematic events. In my latest endeavors, I leverage AI technology to quicken the templating process, as well as to include scripts, tools, and actors to supply to regional freelancers, ensuring quality control and brand consistency across activations.
