In 2025, I co-led the delivery of a global marketing template system across 2 chapters, spanning 17 subcategories, multiple channels, and three languages. Built to improve clarity, consistency, and speed at scale, the system reduced local market asset creation time by approximately 30% while ensuring assets remained flexible and on-brand. Building on this foundation, I also built out a Christmas season set of templates, and currently oversee the third chapter, a sponsorships templating stream, where we are extending scalable design systems into an area previously treated as bespoke.
